Since 2010, as managing partner, she has been developing the strategy for the development of the company alongside her brother Uli Krause and her husband Jochen Strunz. Her main focus is in the areas of human resources and marketing. Having joined the family business in 2006, the trained dental technician performed various administrative tasks before focusing on the above-mentioned areas.

He supports the two managing directors Britta Strunz and Uli Krause in all business matters. The trained toolmaker and industrial foreman, who has been working for the company for more than 25 years, organizes and coordinates the production processes. He not only works closely with the management but also with employees at all levels. He skilfully applies his expertise in the areas of machining and employee management to the family business.
